New Recruit & a promotion - Wouter - 03-19-2020 Dear cruisers, We got two things to announce today. Sluucke will join us as a Recruit. | [CSR] Sluucke | WellersonAlmeida Congratulations mate, we wish you good luck during the next recruitment stage! Due to Dodo's personal situation, and me sometimes having trouble to find time to do what I wanna do for the team, but also to have the time and power to organize more events, we decided to give a Senior the chance to become part of the management as Assistant Leader in Training, besides Dodo, to help the management with tasks. We gave the chance to become part of the management to multiple Seniors, although one is enough for now. Our plan is to rotate between them, in order to let them all learn how our management works and discover how they can contribute. Therefore, we chose to rotate them in periods of three weeks. When the period has passed, we can have as least one of them stay Assistant Leader in Training for some months. | [CSR] Neko | Moonlight.Neko | [CSR] Milo | Adwin TDS will be the first one who starts his three-week period as Assistant Leader in Training. | [CSR] TDS | krisar4321BG Congratulations TDS, Neko and Milo, you deserve it!
