Dear cruisers,

As you know, TDS left our team a few months ago. Even though I am able to lead to the team on my own, extra hands are always welcome to avoid delays in case the other management members are unavailable. By exception, Ras and I decided that a Member, not a Senior, will be promoted to Assistant Leader in Training. He showed us great willingness to help with running the team and already provided me with ideas about the team's future.
